I have always wanted to start a site. I wanted to talk about my life but I contemplated. Then I met Jay. Then I wanted to start a site for us. But I procrastinated. More than two years later, this is what I have now, a humble beginning. Just like any couples, we have been through many good and hard times together and this is one reason what this site is for: to put down our story in writing. So that this blog will witness our existence and hopefully we can flip through the archives one day and laugh at the silly things we did and be touched by Jay's heroic deed. Hi, I am Kay, we are boyfriends and this is the our story.
I'm Kay
Male. Smart and sentimental. 26yo. Enjoys movies (and porn) and reality shows. Sleeper. Uptight. Likes Robbie Williams. Has been to Singapore. Ogles at men. Just wants to be happy. Prefers to wear boxers. Selfless.
I'm Jay
Male. Sexy and studly. 29yo. Loves sushi and everything meat. Swimmer. Forgetful. Likes House music. Travels world over. Ogles at Kay. Want to be rich but not necessary famous. Likes not to wear underwear. Selfish.
Listening to the radio on my phone is what I've been doing most of the time now, more so on my way to and coming back from work.
For the past few days the channel I've been listening to has been discussing on relationship issues and tackling them in a comical way. Yesterday morning the radio asked the listeners a few questions based on a survey carried out by a reknown university for a period of over a decade. One particular question was:
78% of men has done this to thier spouses/partners. Do you know what it is?
One funny caller called up and said '78% of men has performed oral...' and before he could end his sentence, the radio DJ stopped him deliberately by laughing out loud.
The answer to that is that 78% of men has cried in front of their partners. I'm assuming this survery is carried out for heterosexual relationships, which prompted me to believe in homosexual relationships, the percentage of men who cried for men should probably be much higher. And I'm part of that statistics.
Comments:
78% sounds high to me (for straight guys, lar!). Wonder if that varies in different cultures and countries?
But you do not cry anymore now mah. You are recovering from the unhappy events aledi. :-) Seriously, I am happy for you that you finally see the light.
haha 78% is quite true also.. since my brother do cry in front of my future sister in law, my father did cry in front of my mom n my bro-in-law did cry in front of my sister uhmnn... Except my grandpa never cry in front of my grandma... So its like 75% of straight men in my family did cry in front of their spouses ahaha.. near to 78% uhmnn..
